We have over 30 years of experience in our Wire EDM department. We have late modal machines that are meticulously maintained to ensure the close tolerances and fine surface finishes our tooling requires. As well as machining our dovetail and insert tooling, we also are an EDM job shop with experience in machining a broad range of materials across many different industries: from large aluminum heat sinks and copper lead frames to small diamond tip reamers and intricate aerospace fixtures with complicated 3-D geometry – we have seen it all. Our dedicated, experienced EDM staff thrives on doing the difficult work that other EDM sources turn away. We use the latest software in the industry so we can handle any file type you send us.
