We have an excellent blend of highly skilled grinder-hands coupled with the latest high-tech CNC grinders and wire EDM machines. We guarantee the repeatability of our tooling as we hold +/-.0002 tolerances on a daily basis. We also keep hardened High Speed Steel plate and Dovetail Blanks in stock for emergency situations. You may want to consider our blanket order stocking program we offer for a significant cost savings that also safeguards you from running out of your key tooling: we stock your tools here and you pay for them as you release them.
Circular Form & Shave Tools
Once E&P Form Tool had established itself as a top shelf supplier of dovetail tooling for the screw machine industry, we began to expand into the round tooling that goes hand in hand with the dovetail form and shave tools. You can expect the same quality in our circular form tools, and shave tools, whether they are solid carbide, high speed steel, brazed carbide or insert style.
Recess Tools, Reamers & Trepan

Cut-Off Blades
E&P Form Tool began manufacturing cut-off blades at the request of one of our biggest customers who needed a cut-off with special features. We now also make standard cut-off blades as well in high speed steel, carbide tipped, double-ended and various specials.
